DK Global produced a 3D reconstruction animation for Joseph O’Connor of the Mainetti, Maineti, & O’Connor Law Offices, on behalf of their client who was injured in an incident where a tire from an 18-wheeler came loose, flew over the highway median and smashed through the windshield of his truck. DK’s artists and technicians utilized dynamic camera movement to depict the impact of the tire violently crashing through the plaintiff's windshield in “real time” and also created an overhead view of the entire scene to help orient the viewer and bring them closer to what the plaintiff experienced. The award was well over a million dollars in damages, for the injuries sustained in this terrifying sequence of events.
