A 70-year-old woman fell face-first and sustained severe injuries, she retained an attorney to help relieve the stress associated with her high medical bills. The Plaintiff tripped on a crack in a driveway that a homeowner had failed to address. As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered multiple facial and nasal fractures.
