The Award for Most Inspiring is given in recognition of an attorneys fight for justice on behalf of an exceptional individual whose story engaged and encouraged the team.

A woman was awarded $2.6 million for damages after being run over by a beach patrol truck while sunbathing on a beach during her family vacation. Attorney John M. Phillips of The Law Office of John M. Phillips, represented the wife and mother, who suffered horrendous injuries, including a fractured skull, broken ribs, a collapsed lung, facial paralysis and memory loss. DK Global created a compelling reconstruction animation and detailed damages presentation of the injuries caused as a result of negligent driving. The team was truly inspired by the 36 year-old who strives every day to return to an active life of teaching, gardening and coaching softball, despite severe and long-lasting pain caused by her injuries.
