Most Worthy Cause Golden Advocate Award Winner!

The Most Worthy Cause Award celebrates an attorney who saw the importance of advocating for justice on behalf of their clients regardless of the challenging circumstances surrounding the case. These attorneys use their knowledge and experience to reinforce the ideals of humanity and justice in cases where reparations are essential in times of great loss. This year’s Most Worthy Cause award is presented to Timothy Osborn of Osborn Law in Bakersfield. Mr. Osborn is a one-man legal team who prides himself in his thoroughness and dedication to his clients’ cases. Mr. Osborn dedicated himself to obtaining justice for a family who lost a loved one when they choked on a hot dog during a family outing to the movies. During the tragedy, management failed to perform emergency and life-saving procedures and showed gross negligence when staff admitted they had not been trained to deal with a crisis and were advised not to help. Tim was able to favorably resolve the case while tirelessly advocating for his client.
