Florida personal injury attorney, Ryan J. Wynne of Slinkman, Slinkman, & Wynne, is at the forefront of technology in the courtroom. Trailblazing the intersection where cutting-edge tech tools meet file folders and paper documents, Wynne is an avid user of TrialTouch, by DK Global to prepare and present his cases. Wynne devotes his practice to representing persons involved in vehicle collisions, or those who have suffered injuries due to medical negligence or law enforcement misconduct. He has also spoken on various continuing legal education panels and seminars.

Attorney Ryan Wynne represented an individual who claimed a Florida law enforcement agency used excessive force while he was being held in jail. During discovery, Wynne was provided with video footage of a portion of the incident, but was unable to view the file on any of the computers in his office. After uploading the footage to TrialTouch, the video was easily viewable and trial ready. In addition to displaying the surveillance video during trial in TrialTouch presentation mode, Wynne displayed multiple exhibits using the app on his iPad, relaying total command of the courtroom. Even jury instructions and the verdict form were displayed using TrialTouch. Additionally, Wynne contacted the TrialTouch tech support team at DK Global during the trial, to request additional edits to the video which would highlight key events in the surveillance footage. The team was able to edit the 45 minute video down to a 2 minute segment in just a few hours, right in time to play the next day in trial. The jury awarded the plaintiff the exact amount requested by Wynne on behalf of his client.
