Attorney Joseph L. Benson II of Benson & Bingham, solicited the team at DK Global to create a Reconstruction Animation of an incident in which his client’s relative was seriously injured by a delivery truck while walking through a grocery store parking lot, and then died as a result of the hospital’s subsequent negligent care. DK Global produced an elaborate 3D Reconstruction Animation to present a full account of how the injury occurred and the circumstances leading to the victim’s death. Multiple points of view, and descriptions of medical diagnoses and treatments were displayed in an understandable and straightforward manner that assisted Mr. Benson in obtaining a substantial confidential settlement for his client.

The Reconstruction Animation below includes surrounding scene and character modeling; magnified views of the epicondyle fracture at the elbow and cervical pedicle fracture at C6; and an in-depth catalog of blood, lung, and abdominal complications as a result of the injury and negligent hospital care. The audience is presented with a chronological account of the victim’s deteriorating condition from initial injury until time of death.
