A Miami, Florida college was paid a $26.5 million settlement and a $7 million contract balance forgiven in a claim against the contractors and subcontractors hired to build the College's west side parking garage that collapsed in October of 2012. Attorneys Stuart Sobel, Steven M. Siegfried and B. Michael Caldwell created a detailed project scope for the presentation that included photos, custom graphics and a “CAD Style” model of the parking structure strategically integrated with animation to depict the collapse.
