Attorney Deborah Chang and PSB Partner, Brian Panish, recently assumed a case involving a young motorcyclist who sustained injuries across his body in a collision with a vehicle. Attorneys Chang and Panish were able reach a $4.25 million settlement for the Plaintiff in the matter whose head struck the Defendant's wheel, causing a severe TBI. PSB attorneys Dan Dunbar, Rahul Ravipudi, and Spencer Lucas continued the tradition of successful litigation in two separate suits, both involving auto collisions. Most recently, Erika Contreras and Tom Schultz teamed up to settle a case on behalf of a bicyclist that suffered permanent impairments stemming from an MTBI after being struck by a negligent driver.
