JOB DESCRIPTION:
DK Global produces 3D animations, medical illustrations and videos for trial attorneys. This industry is challenging, fast paced, and exciting. We are searching for an Omnichannel Marketing Generalist to serve as the Marketing Director. Your primary goal will be to develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive, short- and long-term marketing plan that will help increase awareness of DK Global to our target clientele. You will oversee the Marketing Department to ensure that all individual and team objectives and goals are met, while leading your department in coming up with new and innovative ways to drive leads and conversions with creative marketing strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company, geared toward driving sales, including advertising, public relations, and promotions.
- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.
- Plan and administer the company’s annual marketing operation budget.
- Direct advertising and communication programs designed to promote products or services.
- Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the team’s research into prospective and existing clients and assist with relationship building.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department.
- Supervise team including artists, department assistants, and data entry specialists.
- Monitor industry trends and make forecasts on anticipated market sales.
- Submit reports of team’s marketing and social media efforts and maintain records.
- Collaborate with company personnel to ensure prompt service to clients.
- Keep informed on organization contract procedures and product pricing.
- May coordinate event management including speaking engagements, educational events, and trade shows.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence, including company’s engagement with followers.
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using approved KPIs.
- Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data.
- Translate business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.
- Proofread and provide feedback or approval on all marketing items before they go out to the public, including email marketing copy and graphics, sales email templates, social media copy and graphics, and any other marketing items.
- Develop or oversee the development of promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
- Develop, administer, and oversee Marketing Database (CRM), including client and all prospective client information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, marketing reports, etc.
- Work with sales/marketing team on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within Marketing Department with CEO.
- Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.
- Develop and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to the business unit and CEO where appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional service organization, including 2 years at a director level or 5 years as marketing manager.
- Demand generation and/or lead generation experience highly preferred.
- Experience with media and internet advertising.
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to proofread, edit, and write relevant copy.
- Ability to generate and interpret quantitative marketing performance metrics.
- Experience within the legal industry.
- Knowledge of animations and illustrations.
- Results orientated; ability to write and craft smart, attainable, time-driven goals with clear lead indicators.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Understanding of consultative selling a plus.
- A desire to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
