According to data published by the Insurance Information Institute, provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there were 4,668 fatalities and 88,000 injuries from motorcycle collisions in the year of 2013. Despite the fact that motorcyclists have a significantly higher likelihood of being injured or killed in a collision than vehicle occupants, motorcycle ownership has steadily increased since 2009.

DK Global has produced many visual presentations relating to motorcycle litigation matters which have assisted attorneys in relaying incident details as well as the injuries and corrective procedures required. The team created a compelling medical animation for attorney Greg Owen of Owen, Patterson & Owen, who represented a man who was seriously injured due to a motorcycle throttle malfunction. The medical animation, used during the expert's deposition, displayed the corrective procedures required as a result. In another case, the team assisted attorney Christopher B. Dolan of the Dolan Law Firm with a detailed reconstruction animation of a motorcyclist who was hit by a truck on a rural road. Both cases resulted in favorable outcomes for their clients.

The video below details injuries sustained by a young woman who was involved in a motorcycle collision. The animation offers an in-depth view of fractures to the vertebrae and the corrective procedure, as well as injuries sustained to the neck and brain.
