Attorney David T. Duncan of Duncan Law Firm, P.C. called on DK Global to provide detailed animations illustrating the intricacies of his client’s foot-crushing trauma. The client sustained the injury while at work as an exercise rider for a horse racetrack. A construction worker spooked the racehorse during its morning routine, causing it to crush the Plaintiff’s right foot. The damages sustained included a severe Lisfranc fracture, and the devastation caused by the negligence of the construction company compelled attorney Duncan to pursue our visuals in an effort to secure the maximum compensation possible for his client.

Beginning with a 3D character model with a similar likeness to the Plaintiff, the camera zoomed in to his body, focusing on the foot and its structure prior to the incident. The screen then jolts as the visuals switch to the injured body parts. The bright red fragmented bones connect the viewer to the pain the Plaintiff endured. Furthermore, relevant anatomy pertaining to the injuries were animated and labeled. The animations then moved to demonstrate procedure one, two, three, and four, where hardware had to be placed and removed. The completed presentation aided attorney Duncan in securing a $750k settlement on the eve of trial for his client.
