Sales Account Manager

We specialize in creating 3D animated visual aids that assist legal teams and attorneys by providing a powerful resource to be used in the court room and during settlement negotiations. We are looking for someone to join our sales team to help maintain existing relationships with clients, while assisting in growing our client base across the country. In this role, you will have the ability to work with legal professionals by identifying case opportunities and case needs so that our team can help drive favorable outcomes and elevate the cases of our clients. Success in this position will require client outreach, consultative selling strategies, and the ability to promote the value in utilizing our visual aids. Job Duties:
  • Understand client needs and present solutions and projects that align with their specific goals. 
  • Research prospective clients and strategize the best targeting techniques.
  • Respond to prospective inquiries to qualify new leads. 
  • Build client base by consistently meeting or exceeding phone, email, and route quotas.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales of return clients.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to strategize, develop, and execute sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide clear and effective verbal and written communication with legal clients.
  • Consult with legal clients on the most effective visual strategy to help win their case.
  • Communicate the client’s vision to develop a clear, comprehensive, and detailed scope of work for each proposed project.
  • Work closely with the Production Team to assure the client's vision. 
  • Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences and other events to promote services.
  • Meet and exceed individual weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals in conjunction with overall company sales goals.
  • Lead creative kick-off meetings with the Production Team and Sales Department.
  • Assist in client relations with the Production Team when necessary.
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems to provide clear resolution.
  • Proactively review project drafts for scope adherence, accuracy, and quality. 
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales experience preferred. (Please still apply if this is not you!)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.
