The driver of a vehicle failed to yield to the plaintiff’s right of way and struck the front wheel of her car. The collision caused the plaintiff to lose control of her vehicle and flip over several times. The woman experienced severe scarring over her left eye, white matter lesions on her brain, a homonymous hemianopsia visual field defect and blackness impeding half of her vision. She also suffered from cervical/lumbar disc herniations and a meniscus tear on her left knee. The plaintiff is represented by Orlando Florida attorney Michael A. After consulting with Mr. Mills and reviewing the case material, Visual Consultant – Alex Deaconson put together a presentation scope postured for mediation, which would clearly demonstrate the plaintiff’s eye, brain and cervical injuries that occurred as a result of the collision.

The production team created a presentation that consisted of a series of colorized and enhanced MRI’s, strategically displayed side-by-side, which offered multiple views of the various injuries to her spine and knee. Thereafter, a 3D model with character likeness presented the bruising and permanent scarring that the woman suffered. With dynamic camera movement, the video concludes with a compelling display of the plaintiff’s brain scan, which revealed the injuries responsible for the partial vision loss in her left eye. Additionally, the team created a Reconstruction Animation – based off of the traffic collision report that depicts the collision using detailed scene and vehicle models.

The presentation successfully presented the strength of the plaintiff’s case and was effective in proving how invested and determined Mr. Mills was to recovering maximum value. Attorney Mills settled the case during pre-litigation mediation for $2.75 million.
