A reckless cement truck driver ran a red traffic light, slamming into the left side of a passing vehicle. It crashed into the other vehicle with such force that it spun the Plaintiff’s vehicle 90 degrees while the cement truck spun 180 degrees, overturned, and came to rest partially onto the 72-year-old man’s truck. The victim sustained a bladder hematoma and multiple fractures to his pelvis, sacrum, and pubis. After reviewing police reports, radiology reports, and other case material, the team at DK Global created a three-part presentation which began by utilizing Google Maps to simplistically demonstrate the collision. The next portion of the visuals focused on the injuries the man sustained. This included the pelvis, pubis and sacral fractures, bladder hematoma, and daily pain to the Plaintiff’s lower body. The pain and tingling sensation in the lower body was so intense that he required cervical epidural shots, which our team animated into the damages’ presentation. Finally, a 3D animated hip arthroplasty demonstrated to the viewer what the Plaintiff would have to endure in the years to come. The case settled with a confidential amount and the man was able to focus on healing from his injuries.
