Attorney Utilizes Animation on a Premises Liability Injury Case
Damages and Surgical Procedure Presented in 3D
Attorney Alexander Shapiro of Palant & Shapiro, reached out to DK Global when he tirelessly litigated on behalf of immigrant workers who suffered on-the-job injuries due to their employer’s neglect. The employers refused to listen to the concerns brought forth by the victims before the damages occurred, leaving them to work in precarious conditions that resulted in near-fatal injuries. Attorney Shapiro stepped in, pulling all his resources and efforts to ensure that his clients received the greatest compensation available for their traumatic and life-altering experiences. Our team of animators were commissioned to create a 3D representation of the injuries and the invasive surgery performed. Beginning with a damage’s animation, the audience is shown each facial fracture and the surgical hardware needed to correct the injuries in a quick and straight forward presentation. Transitioning to the surgical procedure, operative reports are examined closely to determine the steps of the operation which need to be followed. The presentation will culminate with actual brain scans shown on screen to vouch for the authenticity of the damages depicted in the animation. Read More |
