Counterclaim Damages Presentation Showcases Immense Amount of Injuries
55-Year-Old Sustains Numerous Bodily Fractures Due to Car Collision

Attorney Thomas Winner of Atkin Winner & Sherrod and attorney Robert Winner of Robert A. Winner PLLC reached out to DK Global when their client, a 55-year-old man, was in a traumatic car collision. In a counterclaim based on damages, attorney Winner needed a visual guideline which summarized those injuries and depicted their severity and location. The man sustained multiple injuries including a series of lacerations along the scalp, forehead, and elbow. Subarachnoid hemorrhaging was found along with an abdominal hernia. Topping off the list of severe injuries were a number of fractures on three different points on the mandible, maxillary spine, clavicle, rib, lumbar spine, ulnar styloid, femur, tibia, and more.

After reviewing medical documentation, our production team created a presentation which utilized a combination of brain scans, colorized medical imagery and custom 3D animation to communicate Mr. Winner’s client’s damage story. Going through each of the injuries individually, including the bilateral pulmonary contusions and pneumothorax of the right lung. Colorized images were labeled by our certified medical experts to provide clarity and finally, scans of the post-surgery hardware further cemented the case theory.

Attorney Thomas Winner has been successfully practicing law for over 20 years. His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury, bad faith, insurance coverage and workers’ compensation defense. Having won numerous awards including being named a Superlawyer on multiple occasions.
